You just lie down
facing down with your palms on the floor under your shoulders. Arch your

don't push too hard. This needs to be down slowly between 5 and 30

Cat Stretch
Get on your hands and knees with
your arms locked out. Breathe in as you flex your spine down and bring
your head up. Breathe out as you bring your spine up into an arch
position while bringing your head down. You also do these slowly,
between 3 and 8 seconds.
The Bridge
Lie down on the
floor with your knees up and your feet flat on the floor and as close as
possible to your bottom. Grab your ankles and hold on to them as you
thrust your hips up and arching your spine. Push your abs as far up as
you can, if you can't hold on to your ankles, then just keep your hands
close to you and help push with them. This one may be hard at first, but
once you get used to it it'll be a snap.
Wall Stretch
Get
with your back against a wall. Lift your hands up as high as you can
while getting on your tip toes. You need to keep your back flat on the
wall at all times. It'll be hard at first because you'll keep wanting to
bring your abs forward so you'll end up touching the wall with only
your bottom and the back of your neck.

Doing these exercises each day while getting some proper sleep will
definitely put an inch or two on you and make you feel a lot better.
